Recognising The Traditional
Custodians Of The Land

This is our second endorsed Innovate RAP, an important milestone along our reconciliation journey at Chubb.

The Chubb Australia Reconciliation Action Plan formally recognises Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and the special and unique place they hold as the traditional custodians of the land.

Our Journey For Greater Awareness,
Understanding and Appreciation of
Aborigional and Torres Strait Islander Cultures

Our RAP is an acknowledgement of our organisation’s support of the reconciliation process, and continues our journey toward a greater awareness, understanding and appreciation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, histories, challenges and opportunities. We have identified the key focus areas ensuring the vision and spirit of reconciliation are realised through our actions and outcomes.

Our vision for reconciliation is for the cultures, heritage and histories of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to be recognised, respected and celebrated in order to build and secure a better future for all Australians.

Our Vision for Reconciliation

Our RAP details fifteen actions that further our vision for reconciliation and progress our commitments to:
