Craig has responsibility for providing leadership in managing the financial results of Chubb UK and Ireland, together with Europe. This includes profitability, cash flow and meeting our US-GAAP and statutory requirements.

Gary is responsible for the regional branch network, driving growth strategies and leading and developing the Branch and Sales Leaders, supported by continuous development of our People and customer focussed strategies.
Director Communications & Marketing
Carla has responsibility for leading the Chubb UK and Ireland integrated communications, marketing and social strategy. In this role, Carla protects and strengths Chubb’s reputation by building compelling stories and messaging that elevates and celebrates Chubb.
Legal Director
Cassandra leads the legal function for Chubb UK and Ireland. In this role, she plays a crucial role in providing strategic and forward-thinking legal guidance for all operations.
Director Human Resources
Lesley leads the Human Resources and People strategy for Chubb Europe, including UK and Ireland. In this role, she provides strategic leadership on a range of HR issues and develops and executes human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan.
Director Fire Portables and Consultancy
Dylan has the responsibility for leading the Fire Extinguisher and Consultancy businesses in the Chubb UK portfolio. In this role Dylan ensures that our customers have high quality solutions in place to prevent and contain fire, protecting people and property whilst also conforming with all aspects of fire legislation.
Director Employee Experience & Development
Kirsty has responsibility for shaping the people agenda within Chubb that supports the attraction, development and retention of talent. Kirsty’s focus with the business is to evolve the people-first culture, strengthen the employer brand and position Chubb as Employer of choice in the Fire and Security sector.

Jeremy has responsibility for leading the implementation and support of all IT operations and digital technology tools across the UK and Ireland.
