Our connected systems complete a remote health check every four weeks and we conduct an annual on-site inspection to review the physical condition of the equipment. In the event of a technical issue, we will attempt to troubleshoot and rectify the issue remotely. Where we are unable to do so, we will arrange for an engineer to attend as required.
