Introducing the Quarter Club
At Chubb Fire & Security, we recognise that high performance drives value for our customers and success for our business. That’s why we launched the Quarter Club – a quarterly internal recognition initiative designed to celebrate sales colleagues who consistently exceed expectations. Each quarter, we recognise individuals who achieve more than 120% of their targets across install and service, highlighting those who go above and beyond in delivering results.
Celebrating success

Our inaugural Quarter Club event brought together 18 high-performing sales professionals in Birmingham at the prestigious rooftop bar and restaurant, 24 Stories, to recognise their Quarter 1 2026 achievements. The evening was an opportunity to step back, celebrate success and recognise the impact these individuals have made – both for customers and across the business.
Seventeen colleagues received Outstanding Performance awards, with one Outstanding Achievement Award recognising exceptional contribution. Each member was welcomed into the Quarter Club with formal recognition – marking their place in an exclusive group of top performers.
Building a performance-driven culture
The Quarter Club is designed to do more than reward results – it helps build a culture where performance is recognised, visible and shared across the business.

It was a great opportunity to step back and celebrate what’s been achieved.”
