David Dunnagan Managing Director With 30 years’ experience, David leads the Chubb UK and Ireland business and is responsible for developing and directing the vision and values of the organisation, to ensure Chubb maintains its position as one of the leading fire and security integrators. David joined Chubb in 1993 as an apprentice and has worked across a broad range of areas from engineering and sales through to sales management and director roles. He has extensive knowledge of the Chubb organisation and recognises the importance of harnessing its people’s skillset as the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer service. In his role as Managing Director, David provides inspiration, motivation, and guidance to leaders and employees and drives the strategy for sustainable growth across the region. Craig Forbes  Chief Financial Officer, Chubb Europe (including UK and Ireland)  Craig has responsibility for providing leadership in managing the financial results of Chubb UK and Ireland, together with Europe. This includes profitability, cash flow and meeting our US-GAAP and statutory requirements. As part of his role, he has responsibility for leading the Finance function for Chubb UK and Ireland, together with that for Europe.  Craig joined Chubb in 2008, initially as Finance Director for Chubb Security. Between then and 2015, his role expanded to include Fire, Portables, Monitoring, Mechanical, Systems and Hall & Kay, including Ireland. During 2015 and 2016, he also became Finance Director for Otis and Carrier as part of the UTC BIS organisation. However, in 2016, he focussed entirely on what is now Chubb UK and Ireland.  From 1st September of 2022, his role expanded to also include Chubb Benelux, Germany, Switzerland & Austria, and Spain.  Craig is a proven leader, with 35 years’ experience working in the UK and abroad in both manufacturing and service industries. Gary Moffatt  Director, Fire Portables, Consultancy & Community Care  Gary is responsible for the regional branch network, driving growth strategies and leading and developing the Branch and Sales Leaders, supported by continuous development of our People and customer focussed strategies. Gary joined Chubb in 2001 as a Fire Extinguisher Technician and has since held roles of increasing responsibility across all areas of Sales and Operations. Carla Sousa  Director, Communications & Marketing  Carla has responsibility for leading the Chubb UK and Ireland integrated communications, marketing and social strategy. In this role, Carla protects and strengthens Chubb’s reputation by building compelling stories and messaging that elevates and celebrates Chubb. Carla is also responsible for all marketing activities related to designing and implementing market strategies for new services and solutions and supporting the Sales channels with demand generation.  Carla joined Chubb in 2019 and since then has played a pivotal role in digitalising Chubb’s presence; externally to enhance brand awareness through customer communications, PR and social campaigns, and internally through creating engaging channels and content that foster inclusive engagement, transparency and enhancement of employee experience.  Carla is a proven leader with more than 20 years’ experience, having spent most of her career in Communications, working in corporate and operational roles around Europe. Cassandra McCarthy

Legal Director

Cassandra leads the legal function for Chubb UK and Ireland. In this role, she plays a crucial role in providing strategic and forward-thinking legal guidance for all operations. She offers valuable advice to the board and management on navigating legal complexities and minimizing risks.

With twenty years of legal experience, Cassandra earned her LLB Hons in Law and became a qualified Solicitor in 2006. She has worked as a Commercial Litigator and Operations Director in Private Practice before joining Chubb five years ago.

Since joining Chubb, Cassandra has progressed to increasingly influential roles and now heads the legal department. She stresses the importance of combining legal expertise with business insight, guiding her team to align with Chubb’s strategic objectives, and ultimately contributing to the business’s success.

Lesley Leach  Director, Human Resources  Lesley leads the Human Resources and People strategy for Chubb Europe, including UK and Ireland.  In this role, she provides strategic leadership on a range of HR issues and develops and executes human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan.  Lesley joined Chubb in 2010 and has been instrumental in developing people strategies and programmes that enable the business to achieve its goals and priorities.  She has led the introduction of new ways to improve the business and employee experience.  Lesley is a strong communicator and influencer with more than 25 years’ experience in the human resources profession.  Connect with Lesley on LinkdeIn

Dylan Lloyd-Roberts Director, Fire Portables and Consultancy Dylan has the responsibility for leading the Fire Extinguisher and Consultancy businesses in the Chubb UK portfolio. In this role Dylan ensures that our customers have high quality solutions in place to prevent and contain fire, protecting people and property whilst also conforming with all aspects of fire legislation. Dylan is also responsible for the Chubb Community Care business which provides telecare solutions for vulnerable people to live independently in a variety of settings. Kirsty Brooks  Director, Employee Experience & Development   Kirsty has responsibility for shaping the people agenda within Chubb that supports the attraction, development and retention of talent. Jeremy Williams Director, Digital Technology Jeremy has responsibility for leading the implementation and support of all IT operations and digital technology tools across the UK and Ireland.  The focus of this role is to be the technology business partner ensuring that systems, platforms, and endpoints are secure and available. Jeremy joined Chubb in 2019 and since then has been focusing on leading a number of major business separation and integration programmes into addition to bring the digital function much closer to users and customers, while shifting the focus from support to value-add services. Graeme Robinson

Director Quality & EHS 

Graeme has responsibility for leading the Environment, Health & Safety campaigns and Quality Management Strategy for Chubb UK and Ireland.  

In this role, Graeme acts as the overall custodian of our business management system and leads Chubb’s business continuity and sustainability programmes.  

A Chartered Member of IOSH, Graeme has over 20 years of QEHS experience across various industries, most recently working with Johnson Controls, leading the UK and Ireland QEHS teams across a diverse business portfolio.  

Before Johnson Controls, Graeme spent several years working in QEHS with Blue Chip organisations within the Logistics, Facilities Management, Food and Leisure industries.

Sue Dean

Director, Business Support

Sue heads our business support functions by providing leadership and operational planning and improvements to effectively deliver customer-centric activities. John Cahill 

Director, Supply Chain 

John has responsibility for leading the Chubb UK Supply Chain, covering procurement (product, subcontract and indirect), logistics, fleet, property, supplier quality and the fire extinguisher recycling facility at Hams Hall.   In this role, John aligns our Supply Chain capability to meet and exceed our customer expectations, work in collaboration with Chubb global businesses to seek best practice and delivery efficiencies that help support growth.  John joined Chubb in 2006 has played a pivotal role in aligning the many Chubb businesses under one central supply chain, reducing supply chain operational footprint and creating a One Chubb supply chain team.   John is a proven leader with more than 30 years’ experience across Tier 1 automotive and service businesses, manufacturing and supply chains, working across countries within global businesses.    Connect with John on LinkedIn
