Shining a Light on Achievements at Our Annual Employee Appreciation Event

The annual Chubb Superstars employee appreciation event and awards took place on 12 June 2026, celebrating the exceptional contributions and achievements of individuals and teams from across Chubb UK and Ireland.

Now in its fifth year, Chubb Superstars was established to recognise excellence and celebrate those whose commitment, leadership, and passion help make Chubb a great place to work and a trusted partner for customers.

In total, 36 awards were presented to winners across each business area and function, recognising contributions and achievements from 2025. Awards included Customer Experience Leader, Safety Leadership, Operational Excellence Leader, and Annual Sales Leader, alongside a range of Functional Department and Special Contribution awards. A particularly poignant moment was the presentation of the Lifetime Achievement Award to Adrian Wareham, who joined Chubb as an apprentice in 1966 and has been with the business for an incredible 60 years.

This year’s Chubb Superstars event and awards ceremony took place at the Rudding Park Hotel & Spa in Harrogate, where guests enjoyed a day of activities followed by an evening of celebration. A relaxed BBQ lunch was followed by the Crystal Challenge, where teams worked together to solve puzzles and games. The day concluded with a Hollywood-themed awards dinner, where colleagues came together to enjoy a meal, share stories and recognise exceptional achievements. Each award winner’s story highlighted that success takes many forms, from customer care and leadership to innovation and teamwork.
