Project Engineer (Electronic security / ELV system)

Our project engineers take ownership of various electronic security projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects meet their delivery schedule and maintain excellent service and customer satisfaction throughout the project cycle. Project engineers also plan installation activities, prepare drawings, design manuals and contract related documents. You are expected to monitor and communicate with subcontractors, coordinate with various parties on-site and facilitate system handover.

Sales Engineer / Account Manager (Fire safety or electronic security / ELV system)

Our sales team members are passionate and self-motivated, you will be required to maintain and grow relationships with existing and target customers while achieving an assigned sales and profit growth goal. Having past knowledge of electronic security and ELV solutions is beneficial as you would be responsible for understanding and addressing customer needs to then propose and advise solutions to existing and potential customers.

Technician (Electronic security)

Chubb’s Electronic Security technicians are responsible for the regular and emergency on-site maintenance services of electronic security system including Access Control System, Burglar Alarm, Closed Circuit Television system etc. You will be required to identify and resolve technical problem and provide advice to customers for any system upgrade and improvement suggestions.

 

 Technician (Fire safety)

Chubb’s Fire Security technicians are responsible for annual inspection of fire services system. You will be required to conduct regular and emergency on-site maintenance services of fire services system, along with identifying and resolving technical problem and providing advice to customers for any system upgrade and improvement suggestions.

Call Center Operator

As a Call Center Operator, you will perform daily operations of the Control Room. This may include recording call orders, arranging technical support for the monitoring and maintenance service. You are expected to handle and resolve customers’ enquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Additionally, you will be required to regularly generate reports for management and customer review.
