Role Summary:
Our Northern Alberta Branch is currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator to support all aspects of the administration of the Fire Service department. This position is not a remote position. The person selected for this role will be based out of our Edmonton Branch office.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Debrief/close fire alarm work completed by our Technicians

 

  • Scheduling of PMA’s, new Installs, Renos, Service work, Deficiencies, Verifications, & InspectionsManage scheduling within a company program
  • Coordinate with multiple parties; such as subcontractors
  • Issue purchase order numbers
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Manage all incoming calls and emails from internal & external customers
  • Liaise with Sales personnel
  • Review fire alarm reports for completeness and ensure customers receive reports on a timely basis.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary education in Office Administration or a related discipline preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to work under pressure
  • Flexibility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
