Terms and Conditions – Global Value Recognition Awards (ValYou Awards)
1. The ValYou Awards are open to all Chubb employees from 18 October 2023-28 November 2023.
2. Nominations can be submitted by peers or managers at any level in the business.
3. You can nominate a team or individual.
4. Employees cannot nominate themselves for an award.
5. There are no restrictions on the number of nominations from each country.
6. Only one Value can be selected for each nomination. Submitting the same nomination for multiple Value categories is not permitted.
7. Nominations will be reviewed and shortlisted by a judging panel in four Chubb regions (APAC, ANZ, Europe (incl. UKI and FR) and Canada). The final winners will be selected by Andrew White and ELT members.
8. The Award winners will be announced at our Q1 2024 Global Town Hall.
9. All winners’ and nominees’ stories and images will be automatically published on the Global Intranet. We will contact you to seek permission for any external publicity.
10. All nominees will be recognised for their contributions, and there will be one final winner per Chubb Value.
11. Awards cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
12. The judges’ decision in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
13. We reserve the right to reject those entries which we consider, in our absolute discretion, do not comply with these terms and conditions or are fraudulent.
14. We reserve the right to amend, extend or withdraw the ValYou Awards at any time due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
15. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. We reserve the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary these terms and conditions, at any time.
17. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
18. Personal data is collected for purposes of the ValYou Awards only and will be processed in accordance with the provisions of our Employee Privacy Notice
