Our goal is to reduce total Greenhouse Gas emissions in line with a below 2oC future by 2030. Our ambition is to become net zero by 2050. Our Carbon Reduction Plan centres on 4 areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fleet<\/li>\n<li>Waste<\/li>\n<li>Energy and Utilities<\/li>\n<li>Supply Chain<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Fleet<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-9067 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/chubbfs.com\/uk-en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/03\/HERO-2-300x145.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"606\" height=\"293\" \/> \u00a0 The fleet strategy is to change diesel vehicles to electric\/hybrid vehicles by 2030 which will have a significant impact on carbon footprint reducing CO2 emissions by an average of 65%. Lightfoot (a driver aid system) is proven to reduce fuel consumption by 10% which results in reduction of CO2 by 10% for both diesel and hybrid vehicles. Lightfoot was deployed in 2020 across our field-based engineering team. The reduction plan is based on actual CO2 emission data for 2019-2020 across the fleet.
